I'll be glad to help you hold up the sky.
I agree otitis is very often misdiagnosed.  Especially in ER's and ER docs I've spoken to agree. Something happens as soon as a febrile child walks into an ER. The ear canals shrink and fill with cerumen and the patient in the next room starts having an MI or severe bleeding.
I always encourage parents to use pain meds overnight and be seen in the office in the AM. And I encourage continuing to breastfeed.
I had to say something about BF before Kathy or Kathy cracks the wimp about a non BF topic.
