Aloha,

I too have read his articles.  I have agreed to disagree with him on sleep
issues, his thought on attachment parenting and spanking.  Well what does
that leave?  Actually I like his no nonsense approach to child-rearing.  Not
authoritarian, not permissive---he likens it to a "benevolent dictatorship."
If you get pass the stuff that ruffles your feathers as I have, you'll see.
He has good things to say about breastfeeding and La Leche League.  There I
got breastfeeding into this!  He won't change his mind a bit.  I know, I have
e-mailed back and forth with him numerous times.

Be kind with the flames, I broke my ankle--so I can't run. :D
