Obviously anything is possible, including a side effect in the baby
directly related to the fenugreek but if it looks like foremilk/hindmilk
imbalance maybe it should be treated as such.  If the milk supply is
increasing it is possible that the time spent on each breast before
switching is too short.  Perhaps the mom is switch nursing because
someone told her that it would help increase supply.  Before blaming the
fenugreek I would try using one breast for quite a while and adding Dr.
Jack's breast compression technique.
