We recommend Fenugreek to our premie moms with low milk supply.  To my
knowledge, there have been no problems, but we haven't actually looked at
this. We've been using it for a long time.  Premie babies are at risk for GI
complications. Is there any evidence that these complications are higher in
infants whose mothers take Fenugreek?
