Hi all,
Thank you very much to those people who responded about the above. The
Counsellor was thrilled to receive such valuable responses and has spoken
again to and visited the mum in question. She found that the mum was not
positioning the baby very well (she had bottle-fed her first baby and was
breastfeeding in a similar position), so she helped her with that. Also,
the mum had obviously been thinking about what the Counsellor had said
about night feeding, etc and has decided to take baby to bed with her and
feed her at night. Yeah!
