Fio, the last I heard BMP Hospital in Cowansville Quebec is the only one in Canada. I heard there was a hospital on Vancouver Island, here in B.C. that was trying for it but didn't quite succeed.  As far as I know there is just the one, but I'm not positive.

There certainly should be more!!!
