Sorry, can't address APNO, but I would recommend this mother pump once or 
twice more, for shorter periods, lower suction, higher speed. Be sure 
flanges fit her correctly and that she lubricates with a tiny dab of olive 
oil at the base of her nipples before pumping.  I would expect a mother to 
have sore breasts and nipples from her current pumping regime - providing 
all of baby's needs in two pumpings of long duration.
