Natalia,

Might be worth a try to quickly go through the stuff from Harvey Karp's
book to see if any of that helps - the five S's (swaddling,
shhhhshing, sucking, swinging, side). It can help quickly. May have
tried it all though.

That's a quick easy thing to try.

An elimination diet (esp dairy) has been shown to reduce the incidence
of colic - in one study by 1/3, in one study by 1/2 iirc. Taking one
thing out at a time can be time consuming though. Going to a very
basic diet (rice or millet, turkey or lamb, summer squash/zucchini,
olive oil, salt) can be a very fast effective way to figure out what's
going on.

the easiest way to accomplish it seems to be making up a large batch of
rice or millet, baking a big pan of the meat (or use the crock pot),
sautee the veggies in olive oil and salt. have everythign in the fridge
so you can eat to your hearts content. if it is a dietary factor, it
can take a few days for things to settle down.

slowly add foods in......you can email me if you want to talk about
reintroing stuff. whatever it is will quickly become apparent.

digestive enzymes and probiotics for you may also have some
benefit.....and probiotics for the baby perhaps.
