Just to support the comment that we all start somewhere. I heard Molly
Pessl (from Evergreen Hospital, the first baby friendly hospital in North
America) a couple of days ago and she commented that we in the "field" seem
to be getting very dogmatic and intolerant. We need to step back and
encourage new minds...  and I totally agree.
