Hi everyone,

I have a mom wanting to do a detox.  It is called the Beach Body Ultimate Reset and she was wanting to know if the detox part of the program is safe. Her baby is 15 months old and maybe nurses a few times per day at the most--sometimes less.  I looked the ingredients up in the Nursing Mother's Herbal book.  All were good except a few.  Cat's claw bark powder was listed with a saftey rating "C".  Pau de Arco bark powder and Chanca Peidra powder were not in the book.  It is a proprietary blend of 10 herbs (8,620mg per serving) at 3 servings a day for 7 days. Just needing some opinions on the safety of this product if anyone is familiar with it.  Thanks!!
