I am not aware that there are any special concerns about breastfeeding when
the mother has chronic pancreatitis.

As far as the medication is concerned, the baby will get only tiny amounts
in the milk.  This is not really a concern, and the amount is not sufficient
to prevent withdrawal.  If the baby needs treatment for withdrawal, the
mother should breastfeed or the baby should be given her milk if he cannot
nurse.
