Hey Rachel, but this video does start with this beautifull shot of the skying
woman who settels down on a outdoor seat to nurse the baby she took with her
in het anorak, doesn't it?

No, I found it extremely uncomfortable myself and never advise women to use
cold on a lactating breast. I do sometimes advise cool compresses, like cool
fresh cheese (quark, the kind of cottage cheese like stuff without the corny
structure) compresses, but most of all advise nice warm to bearable heat in
order to soften and relax the breast. But I must admit that the engorgement
type I see the most is the milk engorgement resulting from failing
breastfeeding management. The cool fresh cheese compressen I advise if I
suspect ''other than milk fluid'' edema is present. (can't find the correct
English wording here)
