I have heard a number or reps from both major (at least in the US)
pump companies over the years and have come to the conclusion that
what you hear from such speakers depends more on that speaker's
approach than the company "policy" At various times I have heard a
speaker from each company "bash" the other and I have also at
various times hears speakers form both companies state definitively
that they will only speak to what their product has to offer and
will not refer to other companies' products.
Of course, this is overt comments. I am also a little turned off
when features of one pump are presented in a way that belittles
another company's features even without naming the other product.
This can often be done in an obvious manner and sometimes very
subtly.

Winnie
