Has anyone had much experience working with women from Pakistan? I have a
consultation tomorrow with a mom who is 5 days postpartum and the nurses at
the hospital are concerned because she seems to be very uninvolved with her
infant.  Her husband has to hold the infant to the breast.  She will not
participate at all.  Any ideas?  This baby is about 4 1/2 pounds, preterm,
and needs lots of assistance.
