We are looking for information re a situation we are currently facing,
     We have a patient that is 4 days postpartum, and has increased facial
     hair and noticable male characteristics`- there does not appear to
     have been any increase in breast size during pregnancy, and currently
     even with pumping we are unable to get more than 2cc's expresses milk
     -
     baby has been to breast at least q3h in addition to the pumping - the
     baby has lost approx 13% of his birth weight?

     Has anyone any suggestions for us?
