We do charge for follow-up visits...starting at $10 and going up from
there based on time.  The "non-MD" LCs charge about $68/hr and I charge
$98/hr whether it is an initial or f/up visit.  Some parents do "balk"
at paying, but we tell them not to have the charge ba the reason they do
not come.  We have a small charity acct of donations to draw from if
needed.  But we need every dollar we can get.
