I think I'm paraphrasing Chris Mulford correctly here:

If formula is Philadelphia, and breastmilk is Hawaii, then new improved formula is... Pittsburgh.  And I like to add that banked or frozen milk, or milk for the wrong aged baby, or milk after the mother has taken almost any medication is a few miles off Waikiki beach.
