I bet there are probably not enough women with this genetic disorder who
have optimally breastfed and who have had
data collected on them or case studies. This disorder affects protein
metabolism (certain amino acids), so theoretically that could have an
effect on any / all organ systems.
There is an increased risk of neural tube defects for the infant. There is
an increased
risk of pregnancy loss for the woman, possibly associated with abnormal
clot formation.
