     the other thing that i see with bottles, is the baby bites the nipple to
control theflow and then "bites" mom....

     I think that the bottom line, which is where we as lc's differ from some
of the other specialties ...and why consultations take so long... is that
each breastfeeding dyad must be evaluated individually. what we do with one
is not what we may do in the same situation with another...
