Jeanette:

    In mass there is a patient advocacy group... I will look it up if you are
interested... they are very active/involved with promoting parents being with
hospitalized children.

    It is very difficult, the system is set up to work and as someone said
earier would work beter adn more efficiently without patients....  and
certianly without parents...

    The only sucess' that I know are ones where the parents have threatened
to transfer their children to morea ccomodating facilities... this is not an
easy thing for a parent to take on but it is effective.
