(nipple hernia) me  either! I guess the main question is whether or not milk 
can come out !.  Bilateral too!  If milk will flow I guess it is a non 
issue.  Loss of feeling in nipples may be problematic, because she won't 
feel soreness   if it develops  from poor latch.   Really sounds like a 
strange procedure. Be   sure there is no other scarring- like a straight 
line down from nipple to six o'clock-that's reduction and you just have to 
keep a close eye  on baby and see how baby gains.   Have a mom now  who 
has no feeling in one nipple post reduction surgery,  but milk supply is
