What I think I've noticed with some mothers on SSRI's is a decreased milk
ejection reflex which could certainly make her feel that her supply was
diminishing and, of course, eventually will decrease her supply. Don't know
about within just 2 doses though.

I recently started a mom on low-dose Paxil due to extreme anxiety. Mom
called on day 3 (having taken just 2 doses) to say she thought her milk
supply was decreased. I cannot find any reference to Paxil affecting
supply, has anyone noticed a decrease in supply in a patient?
