In August 2005, Babytalk magazine joins leading maternity fashion designer
Liz Lange to kick off the first nationwide Best for Mom/Best for Baby
campaign supporting a woman's right to select the feeding method that is
best for herself and her child.

Avent and Boppy are also sponsors.

In the August edition of the magazine, part of what the ad for the campaign
says: "Whether you choose breast- or bottle-feeding or a combination of
both, the most important element is that you feel comfortable with the
choice you make. Research shows that babies know what their moms are
feeling. When you are relaxed and comfortable, your baby benefits. What's
best for you really is best for your baby."

The campaign is announced on the Babytalk website at:
http://www.parenting.com/parenting/freestuff/bulletin_aug/index.html

Proceeds to Zero to Three, a national non-profit organization

(I don't have the magazine myself -another mom let us know about this - so
don't email me for a copy of the ad or more information than what is above!)
