Hi there.  As I pondered over a post today that used letters as
abbreviations for something...and couldn't figure it out, I thought that I
should ask people to explain what the acronym stands for , if they are going
to use it.

NSAID, for instance, is  non steroidal anti inflammatory drug, but unless I
knew that, I would be in the dark..especially if I lived in a part of the
world where that was not a commonly used acronym.
