Is it  by definition unethical to report a crime if you release no  
medical information of any kind to the relevant authority? This may  
vary depending on location, profession within healthcare, type of  
crime. All professional confidentiality codes have some exceptions  
(for example in the case of suspected child abuse, threats of murder,  
impending self-harm). Where is the line drawn?
