I find it disturbing that IBCLCs who also hold MDs don't seem to count as IBCLCs for purposes of this discussion. And I will repeat what I said earlier about the mastitis protocol, if you don't like it - do some research, good, reproducible, research, and submit it for publication, so that we can make it better.
