PTP

Baby was born at 35 weeks due to slow growth (head measured 5 cm smaller
than for gestational age.) BW 4# 9 oz.

At 19 days weighed 4# 12.8 oz. She is -4% on the premie growth chart.

Mom states this is the best eater she has had thus far. She BF vigorously
for up to 20 min. If left at breast too long, will spit up. Using a nipple
shield. All feedings on left breast - Mom has large breasts and hasn't had
success bf on other breast. (We plan to address that.) She pumps right
breast 3-4x's a day and gets approximately 15 oz each time.

Baby stools 8-9x's a day. Yellow to orange, seedy. Some stools are very
large.

Due to health issues and current situation, changing mom's diet is not
likely. She is planning to let a bottle of her milk sit and separate in the
fridge so we can see approximate fat content. She would be willing to skim
off fat and fortify bottles of her breast milk.

Weight check again next week. I anticipate mother being instructed to
fortify breast milk.

Any suggestions are welcomed!

Thank you,
