Does anyone have any information on homocystinuria in a baby (2mo.old) that
is not responding to Vit. B12 and folic acid in regard to amount of breastmilk
baby would be able to safely take or if there is anything that can be done to
lower the homocystine levels in the milk? Evidentually first case seen here and
is getting 1/2 formula and 1/2 breastmilk right now. Consulted to help keep up
mom's supply. Any resources that would be good to read?
Thanks in advance!
