The "new" bottle with the silicone tube extending into the bottle as well
as out about 12" through the top and ending with a teat is not really new.
It is the modern day verson of the old "murder bottle" of 1860's - 1910's.
I think it was around 1910 - 1920 that this style of bottle was outlawed by
the US government.

Our commercial baby milk may be somewhat better than what was put in the
bottle in the late 1800's, but are our mothers any better at cleaning the
bottle? Do the tubes and pieces get really clean? I am waiting for the
FDA to outlaw this new one too.
