I have  been going over the weeks posts and picking up the thread of how much information to give mothers etc.  This is a dilemma I will face more often now that I am back working for a hospital instead of working out in the community and in birthing units.

One thing is very clear to me.  Where you have a culture of medical childbirth, you will have a culture of medical breastfeeding.  One goes with the other.  

I feel very sad about that - but I'm not giving up!!
