Why would removing "the baby carrier" have anything to do with the milk
supply beyond the brief separation after surgery?  And mom could pump if
any separation happens.  She's more on autocrine control at this point than
endocrine control of milk supply and besides uteri don't have a thing to do
 with  milk supply once baby is delivered.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
