I did talk to several of the Ezzos'  "medical advisors" (they read the book
*after* it was already written, so I'm not sure what advising they offered.).
My favorite comment was from the one (OB) who told me that if you nurse a baby
on cue, "your breasts won't have time to refill". I also interviewed the one
IBCLC I could find who strongly supports Babywise. I can't remember her name
at the moment..... Anyway, her take was that women who cue-feed become so run
down that they are more likely to turn to the bottle. She told me she has seen
this "hundreds of times".
