Dear Evonne

Felbamate is not the best for pregnant ant BF women. It has hight oral
bioavailability, a long half life : 15-23 hours ; low boud to plasmatic
proteins : 22-25%. Therapeutic plasmatic level : 35-82 mg/l. Used in France
in pediatric for children more than 4 years ; dose : 7,5-15 mg/kg/day. The
worse side effects are medullar aplasy and hepatic toxicity.
