Has anyone ever noticed that everyone except the donor is getting paid?

With blood banking...the collectors are paid, the hospital buys the 
blood from the bank, the recepient of the blood is paying for it...

I would hope that only mothers with an oversupply would be allowed to 
donate...like mothers who are pumping for premies, or mothers who have 
lost a baby,
but I certainly think they should be paid for their trouble and their 
contribution...
