Has she tried reverse pressure softening? Jean Cotterman has a wonderful
handout, you can find in our archives if you don't have it. The latest info
involves longer applications of reverse pressure, up to 5 min if I remember
correctly, and also laying on one's back.
If she has tried this, but only for short periods, doing it for several
minutes with the relaxation and imagery might help. Also, what pump is she
using, and I am sure you have tried different flange size.
