Today I have been taking all staff through breastfeeding competency 
interviews as part of the audit for our next BFI assessment.
I took the oportunity to tell them about Peter Hartman's research that has 
shown there are no lactiferous sinuses, just ducts that widen as the milk 
goes through.
Trouble is no one believed me because of the date!
