There are no breastfeeding goddesses, ...we all put our bras on one cup at
a time. (My daughter Emily, reading over my shoulder, 17, says
"MOOOOOMMMMMMM." )

  There are professionals on this list, 3000 of them, who all have
differing experiences and life views, and personal situations that color
their personal feelings. At times, our personal feelings can be "hot
buttons," that are tapped by certain discussions or subjects. (This is why,
folks, nurses work on personal experience many times, instead of evidence,
when it comes to breastfeeding practice and professional standards.)

This list is no place for profanity, or personalization of
situations.  There are plenty of message boards all over the internet where
these debates can take place. This is a professional list. ....the
discussion of formula and other topics here must be focused on the facts
and on other professionally-related topics...., personalization of
situations causes our discussions to disintegrate.   Thank you for your
