BEFORE posting a person's name, address, etc. PUBLICLY, it would be wise to
ask that person for PERMISSION to do so.  Perhaps he/she/it/they do NOT
want to be publicized in that manner.  Remember: LACTNET subscribers now
number above 2000 AND our ARCHIVES are open to anyone who surfs the Web.

Phone numbers, faxes, and other "instant" contact venues MUST have
permission before posting to avoid overwhelming someone with unwanted
contacts.

Think of it this way: how would you like your phone number listed in a
local public bath house--with or without the advertisement, "for a good
time, call....."  Think about it.

We may be talking about things lactational and have a perfectly reasonable
desire to contact a given person, but one person is a whole lot different
from a whole stadium full of people!

People who want to contact someone should be given that information
PRIVATELY.  Please.
