" There are no randomized studies showing any detrimental effects with breastfeeding in patients in patients with PPCM." Went on to discuss potential association between PPCM and prolactin, which has created a debate.  Another author spoke about the side effects of Bromocriptine.  This articles briefly discusses pro & con of drugs being used if mother is pregnant or breastfeeding. Also spoke about the need for studies.

There are many articles available on PPCM.  Few address breastfeeding pro or con.
