My cousin is coming from Scotland to the States in a few days and needs
extensive breastfeeding help.  I've not seen her since the baby was born 7
months ago so I only know what I can gather by sporadic e-mail and phone
contact, but chief problem is severe long-standing pain that might be any
or all of the following:
-unresolved mastitis
-unresolved yeast
-nipple vasospasm
but may not be limited to those.
She is gutsy but miserable.
If you practice in NYC or northern New England and this sort of entrenched,
