**Christine, I want to respectfully ask you: do you have any knowledge 
whatsoever, about the fact that the 'vehicle' by which breastmilk is 
provided DOES make a big difference indeed?
Do you know the IBLCE Scope of Practice? Do you know what you as an IBCLC 
are supposed to protect, promote and support? Let me inform you: it is 
BREASTFEEDING, not breastmilk feeding.
Many books deal with the effect of close, positive, physical contact and the 
effects it brings. Saying the 'vehicle' is not important, is a blatant 
insult to the extreme value of breastfeeding as a dyad-process.
