I was just recently reading about RSV on several internet sites.  Many of
them that I visited listed not being breastfed as a risk factor. One
example is a site run by a pharmaceutical company, interestingly enough
(they must not make formula)

The CDC site I visited did not give a complete list of risk factors, but
did write, "For further information, please contact the Respiratory and
Enteric Viruses Branch, National Center for Infectious Diseases, at
404-639-3607 (telephone) or 404-639-4960 (facsimile)"
