As a follow up to What Martha Brower was saying about teaching teens,
something I have found useful to tell mothers at a prenatal breastfeeding
class on positioning is the following:-  Try turning your head to one side
and swallowing... it's not comfortable.  If the baby is not facing the
breast, that's what he has to do.  It's much easier for the baby if he's
facing the breast and cuddled in close.
