One more comment about baby-friendly conferences:  in addition to allowing
babies in arms, we also provide a private "pumping room", equipped with pumps
supplied by the 2 big pump companies, as part of their exhibitors'
contribution.  This enables moms to attend without having to disrupt their
pumping schedules, too.

I, too, am a conference planner as a major part of my job as perinatal
educator.  I'd be happy to pass on my "worldly wisdom" to any fledgling
conference planners out there!
