Pam,
        Regarding your lady experiencing lactation from her right breast and right
arm paralysis.  Does she use a sling for her right arm?  Could the friction
from the fabric of the sling against her clothing cause stimulation of the
right breast?
        Question - if she had a pituitary tumor (prolactin producing) causing this
lactation, wouldn't it effect both breasts?
