Please note that accrediting bodies are the recipients of  this scope and 
standards document, not the authors!  Which only  reinforces my belief that ILCA 
is the organization to promulgate Scope and  Standards documents.  IBLCE's job 
is to test and accredit, not make   up Scope and Standards, and probably not 
even ethics  statements. 


Now, who in ILCA can be approached about this directly? We have more than  
enough good information on this, but it needs to get to someone who will take it 
 up in our organizations.
