True lactose intolerance in an infant is very rare, but relative lactose
overload is common in moms who have large supplies.  Try unilateral
breastfeeding, and if you are already doing that, try two feedings in a
row on one breast before switching for the next two feeds on the other.

And don't be afraid to see an IBCLC yourself.
