Rob, giving immunizations while actively bf is NOT a good idea. Some babies
have a reflex BITE, and this is really not a good idea for the mother with a
sensitive body part in the baby's mouth.

Hold the baby on mom's lap, cuddle, speak softly, and breastfeed AFTER.

Kathleen, who contemplated this with my own children, and chose to keep my
nipples intact.
