Here in the Washington DC area we have had a storm with stong wind that knocked out power across the area. If 10 - 20% of milk in bottles thawed before the milk was moved to a working freezer, then it was refrozen, may it still be used by a 10 week old baby while in child care? I looked in the archives, but I can't find what I remember reading in the past & want to double check. Thank you all for being such a great resource!  Judy
