Is she under stress in other areas?

My skin reaction to breastfeeding, is strongest when I'm also stressed.
If the stress is reduced, the skin reaction disappears....

I'm presuming one of the topicals she's tried is old fashioned calamine
lotion?

They have now spread from the soles of her feet up her body to her lips and now also cover most of her breasts and seem to be closing in on the areolas.
